10-Day Money Back Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you must contact bmusic within 10 days of receipt of your goods to take advantage of the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee offer. If your purchase qualifies for the Guarantee the goods must be shipped back to bmusic in the condition they were received with all packaging intact. Any and all freight and insurance costs relating to returning goods covered by the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee to bmusic are incurred by the customer. Returned goods must be received by bmusic within 10 working days of the return being approved.
All Money Back Guarantee claims will be honoured, provided the goods are returned undamaged and with all packaging included. If a customer is deemed by bmusic to be claiming the guarantee excessively (i.e Several purchases all resulting in claims for the Money Back Guarantee) bmusic has the right to discontinue supplying that customer and, therefore, allowing that customer the right to claim for goods under the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee.
