Local and Interstate Freight Charges quoted below include GST. International freight does not attract any GST. Freight charges are charged as per the table below except in the instance of
the customer requesting shipping to a remote location or if the item to be shipped is large yet of a low monetary value. In these
situations the customer will be contacted, so a mutually agreeable freight
charge can be negotiated before bmusic.com.au processes that order. As a guide, guitars below AUD$600 would, likely, attract a further AUD$20 freight charge. We
take no money before both parties are happy! N.B. All international
orders incur a AUD $10.00 surcharge before calculation of the freight costs
as per order sub-total. International orders for guitars, amps, drums and keyboards will be subject to a further freight surcharge calculated to suit the purchase. This surcharge will be calculated manually by bmusic staff. We suggest you contact bmusic for a total freight charge if you are an international buyer wishing to purchase any of the aforementioned products.
If payment is made via Credit Card bmusic may have to wait a maximum of 24 hours to clear the transaction with financial institutions involved. Therefore, all "in stock" product ordered will leave bmusic no longer than one working day after an order is placed via credit card. (Money orders and cheques must clear before goods are shipped). Delivery time to capital cities and major regional centres is between 2 and 10 days from the day of despatch from bmusic. If any goods are "out of stock" bmusic will inform the customer of when the stock is expected to arrive. The customer can then choose to wait for the stock to arrive or to cancel the order. No charges are placed until the customer is satisfied. Feel free to call or e-mail us throughout the processing of your order to check on it's progress and expected arrival. We know exactly what it's like to wait for that piece of gear you just want to lay your hands on.

FREIGHT WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Freight charges are kept as low as possible to keep purchase totals
as low as possible. A uniform freight system is used for customer ease however, large items of a low monetary value may incur a further freight charge over and above the checkout freight total. bmusic.com.au staff will contact you as soon as possible should your order attract any such freight surcharge. If you would like an express delivery or any special circumstances befit
your order contact bmusic.com.au and an agreement can be made as to the
extra charges incurred. Remote customers requiring special delivery requirements
should contact bmusic.com.au as soon as an order has been placed so the
necessary arrangements can be put into place and any extra freight charges
that are incurred can be negotiated. If any unforeseen freight charges
occur the customer will be notified as soon as the extra charges become
apparent so an agreement can be made to accomodate the extra charges. (N.B. It is VERY RARE for any unforeseen freight charges to arise).
All standard freight is delivered via Australia Post, TOLL Ipec or any other carrier bmusic determines best suited to the particular delivery.
bmusic.com.au will always endeavour to deliver goods as quickly, safely,
and as cost-effectively as possible. This disclaimer, however, is simply
a warning that sometimes things don't go as planned (i.e. weather conditions
delay freight, industrial disputes within freight companies etc.) and, unlike
a phone-order company, we can't possibly hope to inform the customer of
these RARE circumstances in real-time. But we will inform the customer
as quickly as possible.

CREDIT CARD, CHEQUE, MONEY ORDERS, DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT
bmusic accepts all of the above methods of payment.
Customers from outside Australia purchasing with credit cards will need to provide details of the credit card's issuing institution. Details required are the institution's name, address, and telephone number. International customers will be contacted by bmusic accounts before any purchases made via credit card are shipped to gather the aforementioned details and such orders may be subject to further scrutiny at the discretion of bmusic.com.au.
Any and all attempts to make fraudulent transactions from bmusic.com.au WILL be reported to authorities.

order purchase. Cheque and money order purchasers must be aware that their
cheque or money order payment must fully clear with financial institutions

After placing an order the customer
will receive an e-mail message confirming the order and quoting an order
number. Any enquiries about the order must be accompanied by the order
number received in the aforementioned e-mail message. Account queries can

Full and detailed invoices for purchases will be shipped with orders.
WARRANTIES FOR FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Freight expenses of warranty return for faulty or defective products
will be incurred by bmusic.com.au. ALL warranty repairs must
be carried out through bmusic.com.au. If you have what you feel is a warranty
claim immediately contact bmusic.com.au at Accounts
You will be notified how to carry out your warranty repairs/replacement
by the bmusic team. DO NOT attempt to repair any equipment yourself or
deal with the repair of equipment without first contacting bmusic. As with
all warranties, failure to comply with these conditions will ultimately
void any warranty claims. Product warranties are covered by bmusic or the respective manufacturers of the products dependant on bmusic's relationship with the manufacturers and/or their respective distributors. Should you wish to enquire whether a particular product is warrantied by bmusic or the manufacturer/distributor of the product, please e-mail Miscellaneous for further information.
For example, bmusic is not and in no way professes to be an authorised dealer of Yamaha products. However, all Yamaha products for sale as new from bmusic are indeed new instruments. This means that any new Yamaha product you purchase from bmusic will be guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, and any such defects will be repairable for the life of the warranty by bmusic.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND CURRENCY INFORMATION
Customers outside of Australia please note all prices are in Australian
Dollars and, therefore, relevant exchange rates at the time of transaction
approval will determine the exact cost of your purchase in your domestic

to this Goods and Services Tax on products and, therefore, the cost of goods for International orders will be less than the Australian
cost. International Freight charges are also exempt of GST and are priced accordingly.
The international price of goods is indicated throughout the bmusic site. This is the price only for order(s) placed for shipping
outside of Australia and it's territories.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
bmusic has no control over whether customs or import taxes are charged when a package reaches a destination country, or how much these charges may be. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their country's customs or import tax system, and bmusic cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you make an order.
bmusic is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Australian shipments. We are unable to honour any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs declaration.
