ROCKBASS BASS GUITARS
The ROCKBASS by Warwick series of bass guitars offers astounding quality at a breakthrough price.
Over the past few years, Warwick's popularity has grown to amazing new heights, and now players from all styles of music using Warwick gear. From Bass legends such as Jack Bruce to bands like Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, POD, Incubus, 28 Days and Grinspoon. As these artists achieve greater success and visibility, more players began asking how they could get a Warwick bass. Unfortunately many bass players can not afford the starting price of a Warwick bass. As an answer to this overwhelming demand, Warwick created the ROCKBASS Series.

This came after many years of hard work and preparation. Warwick wanted to make sure that any entry- level basses they produce live up to the high standards that Warwick players expect and not just introduce a cheap off shore model with a Warwick Badge. A team of Elite level Warwick craftsmen headed by the President and founder of Warwick, visited factories in several countries and analyzed all the samples until they were able to unanimously agree on who would make these special instruments for them. The winning factory was found in China. There, a father and son team runs their factory in the same philosophical style that Warwick run their businesses. Then Warwick invested over half a million dollars to establish a Far Eastern headquarters in Shanghai to properly manage and develop their new business relationships with China. All tone woods are dried and prepared at the Warwick factory in Markneukirchen Germany and then shipped to the high quality workshop in China. After completion the basses are shipped back to Warwick Headquarters in Germany for fitting and setup of the final vital components.

The higher level Rockbass models are crafted in an established Bass factory in Czechoslovakia, which has recently been acquired by Warwick. The team at Warwick could not be more proud of the RockBass line and are excited the Warwick sound will now be available to all players, everywhere.
